Food Allergies

Celebrate With Cake often get asked to make cakes for customers who have an allergy to gluten, dairy or nuts.

I am able to make gluten-free cakes with Doves Farm gluten-free flour, dairy-free using Pure Sunflower Margarine and nut-free by omitting nuts. However, all my cakes are prepared and decorated in a kitchen which uses gluten, dairy and nuts.

Many ingredients e.g. modelling paste, are made in a factory which also prepares nuts therefore I am unable to guarantee that they are entirely free of these allergens.

I have completed Food Allergy Awareness and the Anaphylaxis Campaign's 'Allergy Wise' training.
